Portions of this schedule are estimated based on patterns from 2010, but I will try to give you a weekly sneak peak of the actual coupons in each scheduled insert, so you will know what to expect for each week.
There will also be weeks that have a few extra inserts when General Mills and Unilever release coupons.
Please also remember that the coupons are regional and amounts and inserts may vary. Typically, it is best to buy the largest paper in your area to get the best coupon inserts.
